QUICK FUDGE 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Blend sugar and cocoa in bowl. Place milk and butter in same bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes; stir to mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered container and place in freezer for 20 minutes or in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
