COCONUTTY PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. coconut flakes
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can coco goya

Combine all ingredients except coconut in the blender and cover. Mix for 3 minutes on low speed. (If using a hand mixer, mix for 12 minutes.) Pour into a greased 9" pie pan and let stand for 7 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle coconut flakes over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
