MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 c. mandarin oranges, cut into pieces, drained
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Mix together and put in three 9 inch pans. Will be skimpy. Bake at 350 degrees, time off box of cake mix. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 extra lg. Cool Whip (16 oz.)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple & juice
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix crushed pineapple and instant vanilla pudding together. Then fold in Cool Whip. Decorate outside of cake with another can of mandarin oranges. Refrigerate.
