BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 tsp. powdered sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

2 sticks butter, room temperature
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese

TOPPING:

3-4 bananas, sliced
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix crust ingredients and line 9 x 12 inch pan. In a blender place butter, sugar and eggs in and mix 5-10 minutes. Add soft cream cheese and continue to blend for 5 minutes. Pour over crumb mixture. Slice bananas over filling. Cover with pineapple, then cover with Cool Whip. Top with cherries and nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Very good summer dessert.
