RICE PILAF 
1 c. River Rice
1 sm. can mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 can consomme soup
1 stick butter

Melt butter in casserole dish. Stir in consomme soup, mushrooms with the liquid. Add 1 cup River Rice. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not stir again after it is in the oven.
