DIETERS CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. stone-ground yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
2 c. cultured non-fat buttermilk
Vegetable cooking spray, spray on pan

Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and soda in a medium bowl; stir well. Add beaten egg and buttermilk. Stir until smooth. Pour batter in a 9 inch square pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden.
