DAVID'S GARBANZO CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes & juice from can
1 tbsp. fresh or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
2 tbsp. olive oil, or less
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans garbonzos

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add garbanzos. Mix well. Add cut up tomatoes. Mix well. Pour in enough tomato juice from can to flavor well.
