1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour milk

Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop a large tablespoonful of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes. Cool. Frost half of cookie with chocolate frosting and the other half with white frosting.
