CHILI RELLENO DIP 
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 lg. chopped ripe tomato
3 or 4 chopped green onions
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Chill at least 3 hours (overnight is best). Serve with Fritos or Doritos.
