MICROWAVE CHICKEN & VEGGIES 
4 med. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 bags frozen vegetable medley (carrots, broccoli & cauliflower)

Place vegetables in 13 x 9 x 2 inch oblong microwave safe dish. Place chicken on top of frozen vegetables. Cover. Microwave on high 15-20 minutes. After 7-10 minutes turn chicken over. Finish microwaving. When done pour off all juice. Sprinkle top of chicken with 1/4 teaspoon onion powder and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 tsp. thyme

Mix all together while chicken is in microwave. After chicken is cooked, drained and sprinkled, pour soup mixture over the top. Cover again, microwave on 50% power 7 minutes or until soup mixture is heated. 2 tbsp. butter

Mix together while soup mixture and chicken is cooking. Sprinkle over the top of chicken and veggies. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
