BLUEBERRY CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. oil
1 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. baking powder

Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg, oil and mix. DO NOT BEAT. Fold in blueberries. Put into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
