SEVEN UP CAKE 
1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 box pineapple instant pudding mix
1 7-Up (10 oz.)
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 egg whites

Mix above and bake at 325 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes in oblong pan.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, yellows

Combine and cook until mixture begins to thicken and remove from heat and add 1 can coconut and pour over cake.
