GREEN TOMATO CATSUP 
2 1/2 gal. green tomatoes
1 head cabbage
4 onions
8 sweet peppers
Hot peppers to taste
1/2 box pickling spices (tied in bag)
3 carrots
1 qt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
Salt to taste

Grind tomatoes, cabbage, onions, peppers and carrots. Let vegetables drain in a colander for about 2 hours. Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and pickling spices to boil. Add vegetables and cook until mixture turns white. Stir to keep from sticking to pan. Pack into jars and seal.
