WEDDING SOUP 
1 whole chicken or pieces
Onion flakes
Celery
Carrots
1/2 pkg. spinach
Make tiny meatballs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs

Cook chicken, onion flakes, celery, carrots until done. Shred chicken and strain broth. Put chicken back in broth and let boil. Add meatballs and 1/2 package chopped spinach. Let cook. Mix 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and beat 3 eggs together. Pour into soup slowly while stirring.
