ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar

2 c. grated zucchini squash
3 tsp. vanilla

1 c. flour
1 c. Bran Buds
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts (I like pecans)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Put in greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
