ORANGE DROP COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
3/4 c. buttermilk (can use powdered kind)

FROSTING:

1 tbsp. orange rind
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 to 3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Cream together brown sugar, butter and eggs. Add orange rind and vanilla and mix. Alternately add buttermilk into mixture with flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Frost immediately after baking.
