LASAGNA 
1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
32 oz. cottage (or Ricotta) cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. basil, oregano & parsley
1 egg
1 pkg. lasagna noodles

Boil noodles in salted water with a tablespoon of oil until tender. Brown and drain ground meat and combine tomatoes, sauce, paste, basil, oregano and parsley. In separate bowl, mix cottage cheese and 1 egg. Set a little Mozzarella aside. Layer meat sauce mixture, noodles, Mozzarella, cottage cheese, and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees until boiling. Remove from oven and top with other 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.
