1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Crush Oreo cookies and put half in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter. Add to cream cheese mixture the powdered sugar, then fold in the Cool Whip. In a separate bowl, mix the pudding mixture, then fold in cream cheese mixture. Put in the pan and cover with remaining half of cookie crumbs. Chill thoroughly.
