"ADULT" MACARONI AND CHEESE FOR
TRUE BIKERS
 
1 pkg. creamettes
2 c. grated Bongard's Cheddar cheese
10 strands spaghetti
2 sm. or 1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. Crisco
Pepper
1 sm. potato, diced

Bring water to boil, salt and add creamettes, spaghetti broken into 2 inch pieces, and diced potato. Cook until potato and creamettes are done. Drain. In casserole pud layer of noodle mixture, then layer of cheese, then pepper it. Then another layer of noodles and cheese, then pepper. Repeat layers until used saving cheese for last. Cover tight immediately.

In frying pan melt Crisco and add onions that are sliced thin. Saute until golden brown. Pour hot Crisco over top of noodles in casserole distribute evenly around top. With fork spread onions evenly over top of casserole. Close tightly and let stand at least 5 to 10 minutes. May be put in very low oven to keep warm. No baking necessary.
