MUSTARD CHICKEN MARINATE 
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. white seed mustard
1/4 c. hot German mustard
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. apple juice
Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
1 whole shallot
Pepper

Whisk together. Put chicken in. Marinate 1 to 3 hours before barbequing or broiling.
