APPLESAUCE-RASPBERRY SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can (1 c.) applesauce
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. tiny marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen raspberries; stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish; chill until set.

Combine sour cream and marshmallows. Spread on top of gelatin. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours or more. Cut into squares; serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 servings.
