ASPARAGUS AND HAM LASAGNE 
1 lb. lasagne noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/3 c. milk
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1 lb. julienne ham
Asparagus spears 20-30 (cooked)

Cook noodles, drain. In saucepan, cook garlic and thyme in butter. Blend in flour, stir constantly. Cook 2 minutes; stir in milk, cook until thick. Season with salt and pepper.

Layer: 1) Noodles on bottom. 2) Sauce. 3) Cheese. 4) Ham. 5) Asparagus. Repeat twice. Top with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Microwave on high 9-10 minutes. Can reheat in oven 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
