CARROT CASSEROLE 
8 carrot sticks
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs

Clean carrots and cut into small sticks. Cook in 1/4 cup water until tender. Drain and put into small baking dish or casserole. Mix other ingredients (except crumbs) and pour over carrots. Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. A favorite of horseradish lovers.
