KOMLA 
3. raw potatoes, grated or ground with grinder
2 c. white flour
1 c. graham or wheat flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all together and make in balls (larger than a golf ball). Dip hands in water when making balls. Drop in boiling broth made from smoked pork hocks or fresh pork may be used.
