MACARONI CASSEROLE 
8 oz. sm. shell macaroni
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom sup
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Mellow cheese, divided

cook macaroni for a few minutes, but not until done. Add soups, other ingredients, and 3/4 cup of cheese. Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining 3/4 cup of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
