EASY PORK ROAST | |
3 to 4 lb. pork butt 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup apple juice or cider 1/2 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pork in oven-safe pot with lid. Coat meat with Worcestershire sauce. Rub brown sugar on coated pork to make a crust on all sides. Pour apple juice into bottom of pot (not over meat). Cover and put in oven, reduce heat to 200°F and bake 4 hours. When done break meat apart, push down into sauce and sprinkle with salt. Excellent hot or cold. Submitted by: Debbie Detmer |
