2 lg. or 3 med. potatoes
3 apples
1 lg. yellow onion
1/2 lb. sausage meat/links or chops
1 c. chicken broth
Salt, pepper and sage to taste

Slice potatoes. Core, peel and slice apples. Slice onion. Layer in crock pot or casserole dish with sausage meat. Season. Pour broth over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or in crock pot until potatoes are fully cooked. A delectable dish from merrie Old England adapted for the New World.
