BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. Navy beans

Soak overnight. Bring to boil. Simmer 1/2 hour.

2:
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. minced garlic
3 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1/3 c. molasses
1/3 c. brown sugar
Orange juice to cover

Mixture can be made night before.

3:
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
1 jumbo vegetable bouillon cube, Knorr

Combine all 3 sets of ingredients in crock pot. Heat on highest setting 8-9 hours (to start make sure liquids barely cover beans).
