LAMB STEW 
1 lb. lean lamb, cut in 1" cubes
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 env. onion gravy mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash each paprika & pepper
2 c. water
2 potatoes, pared, halved & cut in 1/2" slices
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans

Coat meat with flour; brown in oil. Drain. Combine gravy mix, seasonings and any remaining flour; stir in water. Add to meat; bring to boiling, stirring occasionally. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Add vegetables. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Makes 4 servings.
