RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked
4 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. orange rind
2 tbsp. butter
3 beaten eggs

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then at 375 degrees for 35 minutes more.
