TURKEY LOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
2 stalks of celery, chopped very fine
1 lg. carrot, grated
1 sm. onion, grated
2 med. cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix together turkey, stuffing, parsley, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning in large bowl. Add egg; mix well. Turn into foil-lined 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8 inch loaf pan. Allow foil to overhang.

Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is firm to the touch. Lift out loaf, remove foil. Slice and serve warm as a main dish.
