TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 c. water
1 med. can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

In large heavy pot, brown turkey. Pour off any excess fat. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook 2 minutes; stirring occasionally. Add beans, water, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, cumin and red pepper; cover. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 6.
