HOT POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. potatoes, cooked and cubed
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
6 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. carton sour cream

Fry bacon, crumble, set aside. Remove about half of grease, add vinegar, sugar, sour cream. Heat and stir. Do not boil. Pour over potatoes, eggs, and onions. Mix and add bacon on top. Can be reheated.
