PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese

Mix all ingredients together for the cake, put in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When cool, beat ingredients for icing. Remove cake from bundt pan in 10 minutes after baking.
