FRIED RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
3/4 stick butter
2 cans consomme

Brown rice in melted butter. Add 2 cans consomme and 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion (more if desired). Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes (until moisture has been absorbed by rice). Serves 6 to 8.
