SANDY'S SURPRISE 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding
1 box white cake mix (any brand)
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. ginger ale
3 eggs

Mix together, any order, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool completely before icing.

ICING:

1 lg. or 2 sm. containers frozen whipped topping
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 1/4 c. milk (1 c. may be okay)

Mix together until smooth. Top with nuts and coconut.
