2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. crushed dried red pepper
1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container. Store in cool dry place. Makes 1 package, about 2 tablespoons.
