TACO PIE 
1 pkg. Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning, follow directions on pkg.
1 can drained kidney beans
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Crushed taco flavored chips
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions

Combine beef, seasoning, and beans in a saucepan. Simmer 15 minutes; set aside. Flatten biscuits in bottom of 10 inch pie pan. Spread cooked meat mixture over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Immediately spread cheese over pie. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, and finally with chips. Cut pie in wedges. Serves 8.
