PEANUT BUTTER BANANA DESSERT | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 carton Cool Whip 2 bananas, sliced Lemon juice Peanut butter crust Prepare pudding using only 1 3/4 cup milk. Cover with waxed paper. Chill. Fold in marshmallows and Cool Whip. Dip bananas in lemon juice; place in peanut butter crust. Pour filling over bananas. Chill several hours. Garnish with additional banana slices, Cool Whip and peanuts, if desired. CRUST: 3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter 1/4 c. butter 4-5 c. corn flakes Melt marshmallows, peanut butter and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and well blended. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal until well coated. Press into bottom of greased pan. Chill. |
