SHRIMP WITH RICE AND MUSHROOMS 
12 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. cooked shrimp (any seafood 2 (5 oz.) cans)
1/2 lb. shredded med. Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. Dairy Rich
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Fry mushrooms in butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Bread crumbs on top. Serves 6-8.
