CHICKEN FAJITAS 
4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 lg. onions, chopped
2 green peppers, sliced thinly
1 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)
1 pkg. thick flour tortillas
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Sour cream (optional)
Guacamole (optional)

Fillet chicken breasts, remove skin and slice into small strips. Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into large fry pan. Add all vegetables and chicken, stir fry at medium high just until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Add garlic powder and teriyaki sauce. Serve on warmed tortillas and garnish with sour cream or guacamole.
