CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. orange juice
4 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 box pistachio pudding
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients (except chocolate syrup) and mix as you would any other cake. Add the chocolate syrup last. Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans; pour in batter and bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour until cake tests done. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing layers from pans. Ice with any icing you desire.
