2 pts. strawberries
6 oz. bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter

Wash and dry strawberries. Leave stem intact. Melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler or microwave. One at a time, dip strawberries into chocolate with fingers to cover about 3/4 of fruit. Put stem side down on wire rack to set chocolate. Nice served with coffee.
