DUCK CREPES 
1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour
3 c. duck and chicken broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk
2 c. sour cream
1 head cooked broccoli
2 ducks and 1 chicken, deboned
12 crepes
Salt and pepper

Over medium heat, melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth, milk, and Worcestershire sauce; stir until thickened. Add 2 cups cheese.

Empty sour cream into medium bowl; gradually add hot cheese sauce, stirring constantly. In large shallow baking dish, place cooked broccoli and cooked meat on each crepe. Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over each. Fold crepes over.

Pour remaining sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese. Cover and heat in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
