SIX WEEK BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal 1 c. oil 3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 qt. buttermilk 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 3 tsp. cinnamon Mix cereal, sugar, flour, salt, soda and cinnamon in large mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Grease muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Mixture can be stored for up to six weeks in refrigerator. |
