OLD FASHIONED SWEET POTATO
PUDDING
 
4 c. raw sweet potatoes, grated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. each nutmeg and cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients; spoon into a well greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until slightly firm. Serves 8.
