2 lbs. stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sm. mushrooms
1/2 c. red wine

Combine ingredients in covered casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Makes a delicious gravy. Serve with rice or noodles.
