KIELBASA 
4 c. thinly sliced cabbage
1 med. onion, sliced
1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. prepared brown mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In large skillet combine cabbage, onion and kielbasa. Cover and cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes; until cabbage and onion are soft and translucent. Stir in sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Heat through. About 480 calories each serving. Serves four.
