ITALIAN MEAT ROLL 
1 egg
2-3 slices bread, crumbled
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt - pepper
1 garlic clove OR flakes
1 lb. lean ground beef

MEAT FOR FILLING:

Either 1-2 pkgs. Buddig's beef or deli corn beef or ham

6-10 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Combine meat, egg and bread, sauce and seasonings - add more bread if it is too loose to pat out. Pat out mixture onto waxed paper or foil to length of 13 inches. Add a layer of meat and then a layer of Mozzarella cheese. roll it like a jelly roll. Be sure it is well sealed.

Place in a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until nicely browned. Let it cool a few minutes before slicing. This is delicious with Italian Rice and fresh green beans.
