OKRA, SHRIMP, SAUSAGE 
3 lbs. okra
1 pkg. Kielbasa sausage
1 lb. fresh shrimp
2 pkgs. dry shrimp
2 med. onions
1 bell pepper
1 clove garlic
2 cans tomato sauce
1 c. oil
Seasoning salt
Pepper
2 c. water

Cut okra, season to taste with remaining salt and pepper. Place okra in a large skillet. Add oil, onion, pepper, garlic. Fry until brown under low heat. Now add Kielbasa, shrimps, tomato sauce and water. Cook under low flame, stirring occasionally. Cook about 45 minutes.
